Fall on the Farm

Last Saturday we went out to my Mom and Dad's house 

to drop off Denise and Grayson for the weekend. We stopped at a

quaint little Farm that had a corn maze and animals to pet.

Grayson was happy to see everything although he was VERY cautious!  

Here we saw some cows 

He would not go up to them alone so denise stood with him.

She is very good about making him do things that are safe but just out of his comfort zone.

He did not want to pet them

The Cows started Mooing and Grayson was surprised and then he looked at me as if to say

"What?? That is NOT the sound you told me a cow makes!!"

He loved the Calves. He would pet them. I think cause they were smaller. 

He wanted to see the other calves

Here he is with Denise looking at the pig pen they had set up

Here is the Pot Bellied pig and all her cute little piglets. 

Ok to be quite honest they reminded me of little rats. 

Grayson liked looking at them he would have petted them I think if we thought it was safe. 

It was a handsome pig though.

There was a LARGE herd of goats 

Grayson let them lick him. He was not so sure about that.

Theses Horses were entirely to big for Grayson! 

He would not touch them.

There was an old school house on the property we could explore so we did and found a chicken and some little baby chicks!

Denise wanted to get a picture with Grayson but he would not cooperate.

He has this thing against looking at the camera lately I have a feeling our Family photos will be a problem this year!

He would not pose by himself either

Denise found a ladybug and showed it to Grayson he was very excited when it flew.

Then instead of going through the corn maze Denise decided he would like Ice Cream more. 

She was right

Yummy! Nothing like Ice Cream while visiting a farm.

These are from the other day. Denise Brought up a Baby doll from our parents house and was showing Grayson How to be nice to it.  He likes to throw it down the slide. LOL 

But he decided to watch a movie with the Baby. We have not yet Named said Baby although the general consensus is that is is Female. 

He loves his baby! LOL
