Washington DC to Ohio and BUST!

On Friday Oct 16th we went to Washington DC with Grayson, Alex and Justin. We saw the original Air and Space museum, the Native American Museum, American History Museum and the new Air space Museum. It was a rainy miserable day but we all were in good spirits and had a lot of fun.

This is Grayson just chilling out. He did not stay in the stroller very much.

Here are the boys in front of some missiles.

Here is Justin and Alex on the national mall. This is as close to the Capitol Building as we were going to get.
Here they are in front of the washington monument. It was so miserable and wet we really did not want to stay out to long.

Here are Greg and Grayson. It was really cold.

C3Po! I had to get a picture of them in front of that!

Here are all the boys at the new air and space museum on the ramp. I had to run back to the car to get the camera!

If you have seen the new Transformers movie you will know that one of the airplanes in this museum is JetFire here is a sign explaining somethings in the display.

Here are Alex and Justin in front of JETFIRE!!

Here Greg Grayson Alex and Justin all hang around Jetfire and get ready to take off and look around.

Grayson kept pointing to all the planes on the ceiling. He had soo much fun.

LOOK AT THAT!

Here is his famous excited face!

So adorable

Here he is playing with the barrier bars. By the way that shirt is 2T! the pants are 24 month. HE is sooo big!

OOOOOOOOOO Plane!

Daddy and Grayson walking through the Museum.

All the planes and what does Grayson run toward? the Chairs. It was so funny.

Adorable

Here Grayson is showing the boys the the cool chairs.

Alex picked Grayson up and they bumped heads. Poor Grayson was more scared than anything.

Running through the museum

and away we go! we had a early morning the next day to take the boys home to Ohio!

I LOVE THIS PICTURE! This is the best picture of Alex!

Here is Justin and Grayson. Grayson was getting sick of the car.

Here is a pretty shot I got on our way

Now after we dropped off the boys and left Sunday afternoon we were on our way home. We got to pittsburgh with now problems stopped to have some dinner and went to get back on the road hit a curb and BAM! The transmission went on my parents car! We ended up staying the night with a member of our church and then in the morning finding out that the transmission was shot so we ended up driving from just outside pittsburgh to Northumberland PA (total of about 170 miles) going 25mph! It was the longest day ever! It took 10 Hours! We had to take all back roads and stop for Grayson to stretch and run around. Along the way we found a picnic area and these are the pictures.

Daddy and Grayson running in the leaves.

Sticks are our new obsession

I told Greg to pose and this is what I got.

This is Perfect!
