Ok so the story behind this photo, we were walking back into the city after Greg came back from his meeting at George Mason University, We wanted to go get something to eat. It started to pour all of a sudden so we freaked out and covered the baby in a blanket and ran to the nearest monument which was the jefferson monument. So we were stranded there until it started to slow and we tried to get back to the car before it started again but it of course it started to down pour as soon as we were out of range of the monument. Luckily we had purchused a poncho for the baby.
